Dr. Kozak utilizes his medical, orthopedic, and procedural skills to provide comprehensive patient care. He treats acute and chronic pain of all types, in patients of all ages, from head to toe. He can evaluate and treat musculoskeletal and other conditions that can be sports related, such as asthma. He offers annual and sports physicals and manages any medical conditions that need to be addressed. He also provides comprehensive primary care with healthy lifestyle in mind. This includes treatment of common seasonal conditions, such as cold and flu, and a wide spectrum of other health ailments.

Dr. Kozak specializes in joint injections and concussion testing and management. He utilizes ultrasound equipment when doing joint injections for increased accuracy and diagnostic purposes. For concussion diagnosis and management, he uses the “ImPACT” computer concussion test as an extra neurocognitive tool. His goal is to treat every patient as if they were one his own family members.
